She would choose a Caribbean escape over staying home and a bikini over a sundress. She is also an entrepreneur who says she could teach a class on being a female entrepreneur, and she has talked about wanting to study law. Apollonia clearly enjoys the camera, but she also sounds like someone who wants a story to tell afterward.
